Eligibility

The fund can provide financial help in many ways:

• Mobility aids, scooters and wheelchairs
• Debt Relief
• Essential home repairs or modifications
• Respite Care

Relief may be provided to eligible applicants by:

• Making grants of money
• Providing or paying for goods, services or facilities
• Making grants of money to other persons or bodies who provide goods or facilities

Length of service in the Royal Observer Corps is not a consideration, except that the person on whom the application has been made must have served long enough to have received their ROC Official Number. Eligibility also extends to their widows, widowers and dependents.
